Faithwalkers is an annual conference sponsored by Great Commission Churches. This year's conference is held from Dec. 27-30 in two states: Nebraska and North Carolina. It is a rallying conference for everyone: young people, couples, parents, and families, to help them continue in GCC’s tradition of "New Testament Christianity in Action Today."
In all the world, there is nothing more important, more urgent than seeing people's lives changed by God and God's truth. It is the reason God sent Christ into the world. It is the reason we get up each morning. It is the reason we share the good news of Jesus Christ. It is the reason we preach and teach God's word. It is the reason we plant and start new churches.
Jesus Christ is the One who changes lives. But He has chosen to use his people in a tremendous way to help bring about this change. We, as believers in Jesus Christ, are called to join Him in changing lives. This year at Faithwalkers 2009, you will discover how you can be directly involved with Jesus Christ in changing the lives of others. You will learn the character, heart and skills you need to develop to be a God-empowered life changer.
