REGISTRATION & HOUSING Registration Cost Registration includes your food, housing, and conference registration. All nine meals for December 27-30 are included. This special rate is for four people per room for four nights. A $25 sign-up fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing before the first day of the conference. There is no refund for no-shows and no transfers of registrations. Housing, Meals, and Meetings Both Faithwalkers conferences will begin at 7:30pm on Thursday,
Dec. 27 (with registration starting at 3pm), and end around 9:30pm
on Sunday, Dec. 30. The price includes an overnight stay on Dec.
30, checking out Dec. 31, but there are NO meetings on Dec. 31.
The nine meals begin with breakfast Friday, December 28, and end
with Sunday dinner, December 30. If you don't show up on a housing list from your local church, the event staff reserves the right to place you in any available housing spot. All housing is four per room unless otherwise arranged. Medical Release A medical release must be filled out for anyone under the age of 18 attending the conference without a parent. Please return the completed form to the GCC office no later than Friday, December 7th. To download the form click here.
