Housing, Meals, and Meetings

Scenic Tan-Tar-A Resort on Lake-of-the-Ozarks is again hosting this year's conference. Our special conference package deal includes three nights lodging, six meals, and breath-taking scenery! We'll all be together - practicing New Testament fellowship and community - during the conference meal times.

PLEASE NOTE: All housing requests and roommate preferences must be in the GCC office by the May 5 early bird registration deadline. Two-thirds of conference attendees will be housed in the Tan-Tar-A Resort complex, walking distance from the meeting rooms and meals. About one-third of attendees will be housed in the Tan-Tar-A Estates, which requires shuttle bus transportation. The later your housing information is received, the greater the likelihood you'll be housed in the Estates.

Conference Registration Fees

The full conference registration fee is due with your registration. This conference fee includes all event materials, meals, and housing. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 applies for all cancellations. All refund requests must be in writing. There will be no refunds for no-shows. Event registrations are non-transferable.
